4x4xNorthwest is a family oriented 4-wheel drive club in the Puget Sound area of Washington.  We have members from Bellevue up to Arlington, with most of our members in the Everett-Marysville area.

For the most part, we run the more challenging trails, both here in Washington as well as out of state, such as Moab and the Rubicon.  Though it's not a club requirement to have a modified short wheelbase 4wd vehicle, that's pretty much what it takes to run the trails we go on.  In addition, though it's not a club requirement to have a Jeep, all the rigs currently are Jeeps.  Our members have CJ's, YJ's (square headlight Wranglers), and TJ's (current model, round headlight Wrangler); one is building up a flatfender.

We work with the Forest Service and Department of Natural Resources on trail maintenance.  We are active in our support of efforts to keep the trails open to recreational users such as 4 wheeling.  We also have an adopt-a-trail in the Buck Meadows area.
